Karen Zander, Owner/Broker of 97Park Residential & Commercial Real Estate, possesses extensive knowledge of the Florida real estate market and a passion for exceeding client expectations. Karen has set multiple residential sales records- including (at the time) selling the highest-priced home ever to sell in St. Augustine’s MLS (by $1mm more than any other), the highest-priced home ever to sell in the historic St. Augustine area, and the highest non-oceanfront price/square foot for a Sea Colony home. She works across the Northeast Florida region for discerning buyers and sellers of luxury residential real estate and in the St. Augustine area in the commercial real estate field- specializing in the purchase and sale of restaurants, retail properties, and vacant land. Karen’s Midwestern roots created her strong work ethic and emphasis on honesty and integrity. Ms. Zander is one of the founders of the St. Augustine Business Coalition and currently serves on its Leadership Group. She has previously served as Chair of the Chamber’s Historic St. Augustine Area Council, Chair of the City of St. Augustine Planning and Zoning Board, and on the Planning and Zoning Board for City of St. Augustine Beach and the St. Augustine Art Association. She also previously served on the board for GlobalJax as its first St. Johns County board member.
