
Kelly Stephens Lange is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and has worked over 25 years in business sales and marketing management with national and international telecommunications companies. When she and her family moved to St. Augustine in 2007, she fell in love with the area with a passion that inspired her to get a real estate license and help others make it their home as well.
Clients appreciate her flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and to hear what a client wants, negotiation skills, and her work with the 97Park team to accurately price and market a home.
Lange makes three promises to her clients:
1. She will work with you to make good decisions at every step of the home buying/selling process.
2. She will negotiate for you—she will take care of your money as if it were her own.
3. She will handle all details for you. She will make sure that the hundreds of steps in the real estate process are handled properly and that nothing is overlooked.
In her free time, Lange enjoys being with family and friends, travel, and volunteering with Camp Mark 7, an upstate New York camp for deaf children and children who have deaf parents.
